Freshwater Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a nationally recognised charity to find an experienced Senior Change Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead impactful change projects that shape how services are delivered and improve organisational effectiveness.
As Senior Change Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving change across a large programme of work. You’ll work at a strategic level with stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure that change is not only delivered, but embedded and embraced throughout the organisation.
You’ll lead on planning, implementing, and managing the people side of change, from stakeholder engagement to benefits realisation and communications. You’ll also coach others in change management principles, helping to build internal capability.
Key responsibilities
* Lead business change initiatives aligned with key projects and organisational strategy
* Develop and deliver change management strategies, stakeholder plans, training programmes, and communications
* Work closely with Project and Programme Managers to deliver integrated change and real business benefits
* Support business areas in transitioning to new ways of working and monitor post-implementation performance
* Identify and manage change resistance, engaging stakeholders and building a strong network of change champions
* Mentor colleagues and contribute to the development of a positive, collaborative change culture
About you
You’ll bring a successful track record in delivering business change within large or complex organisations, with experience across multiple workstreams.
Essential experience:
* Proven experience delivering end-to-end change on large-scale projects, ideally to non office based staff
* Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
* Skilled at designing and facilitating stakeholder workshops
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to develop creative, practical solutions and drive collaboration across teams
What's on offer?
This is an initial 10 month fixed term contract, this can be a fully remote role but there is also an option for an office location across the UK. The is a strong chance that the contract will go permanent after the initial 10 months.
