The job itself
We are looking to recruit motivated individuals to work in the reception at East Riding Leisure Bridlington on casual as and when required basis. We are keen to employ individuals who enjoy working with others and have excellent customer service skills.
As a receptionist, you are responsible for
1. Cash handling.
2. Telephone enquiries and bookings.
3. Face to face customer relations.
4. Using computerised systems.
The ideal candidate will:
5. Be attentive with excellent customer service skills.
6. Be friendly and polite.
7. Be competent in using computers.
8. Be passionate and driven to perform well.
9. Have excellent personal presentation.
The position involves covering a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, week days and Bank Holidays. All hours worked on a weekend are paid at time and a half.
