The Northern Italian menu has delighted members for 30 years, its impeccably sourced ingredients – from Alba truffles to beautifully cured Prosciutto di Parma – matched only by the care and skill given to their preparation.As Kitchen Porter you will maintain a clean and tidy pot wash area and ensure that you comply with COSSH and food hygiene regulations.
