Collaborate with a team of experts in the nuclear and construction industries. What Will You Do? Book employees onto relevant training courses, liaising with trainers, delegates, and suppliers. Manage upcoming expiries, ensuring compliance with SQEP processes. Monitor training data, support administration duties, and report on training activities. Collaborate with SZC, H&S, and Quality teams to map training needs and develop necessary programmes. Maintain and improve L&D systems and organise audits of training courses. Work closely with HR and HS&E teams to ensure continuity through implemented programmes. What Are We Looking For? Previous experience (2-4 years) in HR/Training, ideally in the nuclear industry. Good knowledge of training requirements in construction and civil engineering in the UK. Strong organisational skills and proficiency in MS Office. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
