Payroll Implementation Consultant
Location: Remote (UK)
Salary: £60-70,000
We are supporting a growing organisation in the Workforce Tech space on the appointment of a Payroll Implementation Consultant.
This is a really good opportunity for someone who wants to move into, or further develop within, the Dayforce ecosystem.
Payroll Implementation Consultant – Key Responsibilities
* Support delivery of Dayforce Payroll implementations from design through to go-live
* Work with clients to gather requirements and translate into system solutions
* Configure payroll including earnings, deductions, tax and compliance
* Lead and support workshops, design sessions and client meetings
* Support testing cycles, parallel runs and payroll validation
* Act as a payroll SME throughout the implementation lifecycle
* Work across multiple projects and clients simultaneously
* Support post-go-live optimisation and continuous improvement
This role will suit either:
* Payroll Implementation Consultant (vendor/consulting side)
* Payroll SME (client-side) with Dayforce experience
Payroll Implementation Consultant – Required Experience
* Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
* Experience with Dayforce (payroll module exposure preferred)
* Comfortable in a client-facing, project environment
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
