We’re now looking for a talented Video Content Creator to join our growing Stamford team - someone who lives and breathes visual storytelling, and thrives on crafting compelling, high-impact content that truly engages.

What You’ll Do
You’ll lead the creation of scroll-stopping, first-class social media content and cinematic storytelling for leading brands in golf, travel and lifestyle.
From filming and directing shoots to editing polished, performance-driven content, you’ll shape videos that resonate emotionally, perform digitally, and reflect the exceptional quality our clients expect.
You’ll:
* Concept, plan, shoot and edit a wide range of video - from cinematic brand content to short-form social reels.
* Develop creative ideas, scripts and storyboards in collaboration with the team.
* Edit and post-produce videos to a professional standard, including colour grading, audio and motion graphics.
* Create dynamic, platform-optimised social media content that stands out and drives engagement.
* Stay ahead of trends, styles and technology in digital video production.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience producing high-quality video content (degree or 2+ years’ experience).
* Skilled in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Confident with cameras, lighting and sound equipment.
* Organised, collaborative and detail-oriented.
* A creative thinker with a genuine passion for storytelling.
* Full UK driving licence (with access to a car).
Nice to have:
* Adobe After Effects
* Experience using cloud tools (e.g. Jira)
* An interest in golf or sport
