JOB PURPOSE The Senior Product Developer manages the day-to-day operations of the product development team, ensuring accurate and timely execution of sample orders, calendars, and special projects. This role oversees vendor communication, cross-functional coordination, and supports VIC, MTO, Press/CE, campaign, and uniform orders. Acting as a team lead, the Senior PD ensures smooth workflows, clear communication, and reliable deliver RESPONSIBILITIES • Team & Project Leadership • Supervise the placement, tracking, and follow-up of sample orders by the PDs (RTW & Accessories) and Assistant. • Provide guidance and support on technical and operational issues, escalating to the Senior PD Manager when needed. • Ensure the seasonal sample calendar is maintained, updated, and communicated across stakeholders. • Cross-Functional Coordination • Act as the main point of contact for coordination with Merchandising, Press, CE, Sourcing, Production, and Logistics teams. • Ensure clear and timely communication of order priorities, sample allocations, and delivery timelines. • Align closely with the Senior PD Manager on campaign, MTO, VIC, and uniform projects to ensure accurate execution • Order & Vendor Management • Oversee all RM orders for Press, CE, and VIC requests, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. • Lead communications with vendors on behalf of the PD team, ensuring product specifications, timelines, and quantities are clearly managed. • Monitor vendor performance, highlight risks or delays, and coordinate corrective actions. • Manage the uniform project, including coordination of timelines, specifications, and vendor production • Process & Reporting • Consolidate updates on order tracking, delivery status, and spend for reporting to the Senior PD Manager. • Ensure proper documentation, trackers, and sample records are maintained across the team. • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the PD function.
