About the role We’re looking for a Data & Insight Analyst to help the Football Foundation and Premier League Stadia Fund demonstrate the real, positive impact of our investment across communities. You’ll play a key role in transforming data into meaningful insight, delivering high-quality reporting, and supporting teams across the organisation to make informed, evidence-based decisions. Key responsibilities Develop, maintain and enhance the organisation’s Power BI Service, enabling teams to understand performance and impact. Produce insightful analysis and recommendations to support departments and improve outcomes. Communicate findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and impact. Compile monthly impact reports demonstrating the Foundation’s achievements. Support the end-to-end surveying approach for the Football Foundation and Premier League Stadia Fund. Monitor and improve data integrity, resolving issues to ensure high-quality, reliable insight. Improve reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely and seamless delivery. Support onboarding by introducing new starters to the Insight team and promoting collaboration across the organisation. Carry out other reasonable duties to support the smooth running of the Insight team and wider organisation. What are we looking for? Degree or HND (or equivalent experience), ideally in statistics or a related discipline. Experience querying and analysing datasets using SQL. Strong experience using data visualisation tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Understanding of key data analysis and data visualisation principles. Experience building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insight to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to explore new tools and approaches. The salary band for this role is £35,000-£40,000 per annum, dependent on relevant skills and experience. You will start with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (which increases after 2 years), plus additional time off to volunteer.
