As Sales and Media Coordinator, you will:
* Support the sales team by managing the sales inbox, preparing quotes, tracking leads, and maintaining key sales documents
* Coordinate internal and external events, including open days, trade shows, and team socials
* Assist with media and communications, including newsletters, Trustpilot reviews, and social media content
* Liaise with the marketing team to provide materials and updates from site visits, CPD sessions, and events
* Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure alignment across departments
As Sales and Media Coordinator, you will have:
* Proven experience in a sales support, media, or administrative role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
* Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and familiar with CRM systems or project tracking tools
