🌟 SEND Teaching Assistants – Dudley & Surrounding Areas 🌟
Are you a passionate and supportive Teaching Assistant with experience in SEND? We are looking for SEND Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary, secondary, and specialist schools in Dudley and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in rewarding roles supporting pupils with a variety of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, and complex needs.
💼 The Role:
1. Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
2. Assisting pupils with their learning, development, and emotional needs
3. Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
4. Working closely with teachers and wider school staff
👤 We’re Looking For:
5. Experience working with children or young people with SEND (school-based experience preferred)
6. A patient, caring, and flexible approach
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills
8. A genuine passion for supporting pupils to reach their full potential
