We are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for a clinically led complex care provider based in South London.
This is a senior opportunity overseeing supported living services and adult and paediatric community complex care packages across London and the South East. The successful Operations Manager will be responsible for service performance, compliance, mobilisation and operational growth within regulated services.

The Role The Operations Manager will oversee multiple services, ensuring high-quality delivery, safe mobilisation of new packages and strong regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing supported living and community complex care operations
Leading mobilisation from referral to go-live
Supporting Registered Managers and Clinical Leads
Driving occupancy, workforce stability and retention
Ensuring CQC compliance and safeguarding standards
Monitoring KPIs including service quality, incidents and performance
Working alongside Business Development to assess operational viability of new referrals
Maintaining strong commissioner and stakeholder relationships
Requirements
Proven experience as an Operations Manager within complex care or supported living
Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks and regulated services
Experience mobilising high-acuity adult or paediatric packages
Understanding of NHS, CHC and local authority pathways
Multi-site operational leadership experience
Commercial awareness with the ability to balance growth and governance
Package
£50,000 – £55,000 basic salary
