The Role:You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and refurbishment works, including:
1. Carpentry
2. Patch repairs
3. Painting & decorating
4. General property maintenance
Requirements:
5. Proven experience as a Multi-Trades Person
6. CSCS card is essential
7. Ability to work independently and manage your workload
8. Full UK driving licence
9. Own tools preferred
10. Good communication and problem-solving skills
