Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting cost estimates and budget preparation for retail, hospitality, and leisure fit-out projects.
2. Collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting.
3. Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor and supplier agreements.
4. Monitoring project costs and implementing cost-control measures.
5. Producing regular financial reports for project stakeholders.
6. Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in quantity surveying within the retail, hospitality, or leisure fit-out sector is preferred but not essential.
Strong understanding of construction contracts and relevant legislation.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in industry-related software and tools.
