Role Responsibilities
* Design and implement end-to-end Amazon Connect and cloud-based contact centre architectures
* Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and streamline processes
* Provide consulting expertise, engaging directly with stakeholders and clients
* Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices in security, performance, and cost optimisation
* Support the adoption of AI and automation technologies within contact centre environments
* Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture frameworks and delivery methodologies
Key Requirements
1. Proven experience in Solutions Architecture and system design
