Our client is a dynamic, multi‑office law firm providing a comprehensive range of legal services across the North West and UK. They are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to support their busy Conveyancing team in their Delph office. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their career in property law while working in a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
Day‑to‑day, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting Conveyancers in managing caseloads and actioning legal procedures as directed
* Handling file‑related queries from clients, either face‑to‑face or by telephone
* Supporting timely and cost‑effective processing of conveyancing matters
* Maintaining accurate and organised client files
* Liaising with clients, taking instructions, and conducting letter and telephone enquiries
* Using firm procedures and systems to manage cases effectively and in line with legal requirements
* Supporting business development by liaising with clients and identifying cross‑selling opportunities
* Managing your own workload, productivity, and quality of work with minimal supervision
* Ensuring clients and introducers of business receive excellent service at all times
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
* Reliability, diligence, and strong attention to detail
* Ability to commute to Delph
* Previous experience within Conveyancing or Commercial Property
