About The Role We’re excited to be recruiting for a newly created Quality Administrator position to support our growing Quality Team based at our Central Office in Codsall. If you have a background in administration—ideally in a quality or care setting—and enjoy a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, this could be the role for you. Key Responsibilities Include Provide general administrative support to the Quality Team, including inbox management and responding to queries Manage training calendars and allocate online training to care staff Maintain accurate internal training logs and on Social Care TV Attend incident meetings, produce clear and accurate minutes, and issue the agreed follow-up action plans. Assist with internal audits and complete external reports for Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) Gather and collate stakeholder feedback to support service improvement Produce bespoke reports for management as required Support with internal working groups Contribute to ongoing digitalisation efforts within the team What You’ll Need Proven administration experience, ideally in a quality or care-based environment Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Clear communication skills and a proactive approach Experience with People Planner & Social Care TV (desirable) What We Offer 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays Bonus scheme An extra day off for your birthday* An additional day off following the completion of on-call duties Loyalty reward programmes at 3 and 5 years* Refer-a-friend scheme Workplace pension How To Apply If you are motivated, compassionate, and looking to join a supportive and dedicated team, we’d love to hear from you.
