We are looking for a proactive Training Administrator to become a key part of our client's team - ensuring their site stays up to date and compliant with training programmes and requirements

A varied role - no two days are the same!Your Day-to-Day:
Support training: update training matrices, issue certificates, arrange courses and deliver toolbox talks.
Manage PPE stock, work wear distribution etc.
Order supplies such as PPE and keep stock levels maintained.
Provide hands-on support to the HSE Manager and wider team.What We're Looking For:
âś… Strong administration background with excellent IT skills (Word & Excel).
âś… High attention to detail - accuracy is everything in this role.
âś… Confident communicator, able to work with colleagues at all levels.
âś… Organised, efficient and able to juggle multiple tasks.
âś… Some experience in training is a plus.
âś… Energetic, motivated and committed to maintaining high safety standards.
