Head of Operations/ General Manager - Captain Fawcett is a premium British men's grooming brand with a global following, renowned for its heritage, craftsmanship and uncompromising quality. We are now seeking an experienced Head of Operations/ General Manager to join our leadership team on a full-time, permanent basis in King's Lynn, Norfolk.

About the role
As Head of Operations/ General Manager at Captain Fawcett, you will be central to turning the company's commercial vision into operational reality. Working closely with the Managing Director and Commercial Director, you will ensure the growth strategy is delivered efficiently and effectively across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and procurement. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strategic focus, ideal for someone who thrives on creating structure, driving operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams to success. Working hours for this role will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
