Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum
Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of learners
Create a positive and supportive classroom environment
Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and families
Maintain high standards of behaviour and pupil wellbeing
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - including ECTs
A positive, adaptable, and proactive teaching approach
Confidence in classroom and behaviour management
Passion for supporting children's academic and emotional development
A flexible attitude to support various school environments
