Previous experience Responsibilities as a SEN Teaching Assistant: Supporting SEN children with their development, following their Individual Education Plans (IEP's). Working alongside the teacher to help with planning and creating engaging activities to adhere to the different learning styles. Works well under pressure and can work well with an enthusiastic team. Adhere to the school behaviour strategies to create a safe environment. Moving and handling specific children as they are unable to do so themselves with care.
