As a LGV Driver (C1) based in Peterborough you’ll be responsible for:
* Carrying out multi-drop deliveries of plumbing and heating products to building sites and customer yards driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle
* Loading and unloading the vehicle.
* Building relationships with our customers when delivering to customer sites and providing exceptional customer service
* Supporting the warehouse team with goods-in processes, order picking/packing, and preparing deliveries for the following day
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, along with working Saturday mornings 8am - 12 noon when needed.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
* Valid CPC certification and a digital tachograph card
* Comfortable with manual handling and lifting items during loading/unloading
* Previous experience of multi-drop driving
* Good team player with an positive approach happy to help in the warehouse when needed
