Main Responsibility
1. Set the vision: Lead and define the future direction for all data and integration activities, supporting global operations and driving business growth.
2. Champion innovation: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge data and analytics technologies, staying ahead of industry trends.
3. Govern with excellence: Oversee data governance, ensuring quality, integrity, and security across all data assets.
4. Deliver impact: Provide reporting and analytics tools that drive business objectives, and design advanced analytics solutions—including predictive modelling, machine learning, and AI.
5. Build the ecosystem: Develop and maintain a world-class data platform, integrating internal and external data sources for real-time, data-driven decision-making.
6. Lead and inspire: Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and succession planning.
7. Collaborate and influence: Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, promoting a data-driven culture and cross-functional collaboration.
8. Ensure compliance: Align all activities with group standards, governance, and corporate plans.
Our Ideal Candidate
You should be a strong and inspirational IT Leader with a passion for data and analytics and demonstrable experience of data governance, integration and designing advanced analytics solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communications skills, as well as a track record of building and leading high-performing teams to promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement are also essential for this role.
