Our client is a leading global Legal recruitment company that provides executive search and recruitment solutions to clients on a global basis. About the Role
Your responsibilities as a Legal Resourcer / Associate Recruitment Consultant will include:
* Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for clients' recruitment requirements.
* Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through in-depth interviews.
* Harnessing social media & job boards to identify talent.
* Increasing our candidate pools through referrals and executive searching.
* Generating leads and market information.
Pay range, compensation package and benefits
* Basic salary £28,000 - £32,000 with on target earning of £50,000 in first year
* Non-threshold commission structure - to make sure that you start to earn commission on your first placement.
* Expense account for networking with clients and candidates.

Training and support
