Job Title: SEN Tutor
Location: South East England, Berkshire, Wokingham
Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time
Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide tailored educational support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
* Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' learning experience
* Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students
Required Qualifications:
* Recognised teaching qualification
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of special educational needs and inclusive teaching practises
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Proven experience in SEN teaching or support role
* Understanding of SEN legislation and best practises
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Education Needs (SEN)
* Additional training in specific areas of SEN, such as autism or dyslexia
* Experience in developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours, flexible schedule
* Work primarily in a classroom or one-on-one setting with students
* Collaborative work environment with other educators and professionals
* Potential travel to students' homes or other educational settings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
