What will the Learning and Development Specialist role involve? Design and deliver innovative learning and development programmes. Partner with managers to conduct training needs analysis and create a development roadmap that aligns with business objectives. Working closely with HR to deliver well-being training content and diversity initiatives. Undertake ad-hoc projects including employee onboarding and leadership development. Suitable candidate for the Learning and Development Specialist vacancy: Proven experience in learning and development within a fast moving, commercial organisations. Possess a track record of designing and implementing engaging training programmes. Proactive, creative, and comfortable working both strategically and hands-on.
