Role: Product Manager
We’re looking for a superstar to lead, inspire, and empower the store team to deliver an exceptional customer journey and a great place to work. You will be an expert in product handling and will drive improvements in customer experience through visual execution and high service standards. You will support the Store Leader to develop the team and maintain operational standards, contributing to outstanding sales and KPI performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver great product placement and ‘wow’ wearable outfits.
* Maintain strong visual standards with the customer journey at the forefront of decision making.
* Duty manage in all areas of store operation including service, people, and operations.
* Empower the team to deliver for the customer by prioritising customer experience.
* Use commercial tools to drive actions that support store performance.
* Support the Store Leader in delivering store KPIs, including sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, voice of customer, RFID, and people KPIs.
* Assist with store operations and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
* Develop the store team to deliver a high performing, motivated, and engaged environment where contributors feel valued.
