Ops Manager: Drive excellence in operations, tenant relations & asset enhancement for a top developer's premier mixed-use development.
Lead operations & maintenance for a premier mixed-use retail/office development. Manage tenant relations, fit-outs, and strategic asset enhancement projects. Require 5+ years' property management experience with strong M&E knowledge.
Responsibilities:
* Lead facilities management, technical teams, and M&E maintenance programs.
* Manage the full tenant engagement cycle, from fit-outs to relationship management.
* Support asset enhancement projects to boost property value.
* Liaise with authorities and contractors to ensure 100% compliance and safety.
* Oversee SOPs, vendor contracts, and procurement.
Requirements:
* Min. 5 years in retail shopping mall property facilities management.
* Strong technical knowledge of building M&E systems required.
* Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Degree in Real Estate, Building Services, or Engineering required.
* Proficiency in BMS software is a plus.
