My client is looking for a Repairs Planner / Scheduler for a role in Skelmersdale. Up yo £32,000
Responsibilities:
• Liaising with clients, sub-contractors to schedule appointments for operatives
• Communicate effectively with client and customers to ensure great service is provided
• Handling general enquiries and administration tasks
• Schedule available operatives and subcontractors to jobs and discuss repairs
Requirements:
• You'll ideally have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background, with good problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Have excellent customer service skills
