An established Further Education College in London is seeking an experienced and driven Curriculum Manager to lead and develop provision across Construction, Engineering, and the Built Environment.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality teaching, strong learner outcomes, and a curriculum that meets industry needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and develop curriculum areas within Construction, Engineering & Built Environment
* Drive quality improvement, achievement, and positive learner progression
* Manage teaching staff, resources, and timetabling effectively
* Develop employer partnerships and ensure curriculum relevance to industry
* Monitor performance and implement strategies to exceed targets
Requirements
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area
* Proven experience within Further Education or similar educational setting
* Strong leadership and curriculum management experience
* Sound understanding of quality assurance and Ofsted frameworks
* Industry experience within Construction, Engineering, or Built Environment
