You will work closely with a Senior Solicitor on a wide range of commercial and residential property disputes, including landlord & tenant matters, adverse possession, boundary issues, Party Wall disputes and more. Responsibilities
Handling complex landlord & tenant disputes
Representing clients with confidence and clarity
Managing client relationships and legal documents
Building your network and elevating the firm's reputation
Requirements
An experienced Litigator with 2+ years PQE
Experience in property litigation or general disputes
Commercial acumen and a proactive mindset
Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail
