Are you a skilled data professional seeking a new opportunity? We are looking for a Business / Data Analyst to support asset-related data and insights within a forward-looking organisation.
This role plays a key part in managing and integrating asset data to inform long-term investment and sustainability planning. You will contribute to improving data quality, consistency, and usability, helping teams better understand asset performance and condition to support informed decision-making.
Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will provide analytical support and help translate data into meaningful insights that guide strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage, analyse, and enhance asset-related data sets
* Develop clear and insightful reports, dashboards, and visualisations
* Support planning and prioritisation through data-driven insights
* Contribute to the development of data standards, processes, and quality controls
* Interpret complex data and present findings in a clear, accessible way
* Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions
About You
We are seeking an analytical and proactive individual who is comfortable working with large and complex data sets. You will have a strong ability to identify trends, solve problems, and communicate insights effectively to a range of stakeholders.
You will bring:
* Strong data analysis and data management skills
* Experience creating reports, dashboards, or data-driven insights
* Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
* A collaborative approach and ability to work across teams
* High attention to detail and commitment to data quality
Experience within asset management or housing-related sectors is beneficial but not essential. Candidates from other industries with strong analytical capability are encouraged to apply.
