Your Role
As a core Vehicle Technician in our Swansea team, you will:
* Mechanical & Electrical Repair: Carry out vehicle servicing, routine maintenance, and complex mechanical repairs on a diverse mix of private cars and commercial light fleets.
* Diagnostics: Use advanced, specialist diagnostic systems to efficiently identify, troubleshoot, and solve complex faults.
* Servicing: Perform full vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, and brand-standard safety checks.
* Brakes & Suspension: Conduct thorough brake overhauls, suspension work, and steering alignments.
* Technical Quality: Maintain high standards of workmanship while ensuring strict compliance with workshop health and safety guidelines.
What You Need
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent experience).
* Technical Skill: Experience as a Garage Mechanic, Workshop Technician, or Diagnostic Specialist.
* Certification: An MOT tester certificate is highly valued but not essential.
* Licensing: A full UK manual driving licence is essential.
