Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our busy Stores and Logistics team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and services, ensuring efficient logistics operations within our supply chain.
Responsibilities
* Manage kit deliveries for allocated projects
* Ensure trackers and electronic systems are always updated
* Report failures to stores and logistic manager
* Follow set workflow process at all times
* Be financially aware of costs of deliveries and work to minimize costs at all times
* Be open to learn about specific kit within your own allocated projects
* Take any extra training as required by your stores and logistics manager
* Communicate with subcontractors when necessary to arrange deliveries
* Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations.
* Warehouse picking/packing.
* Complete any extra tasks requested by stores and logistics manager.
