Our client is a privately-owned business based in London specialises in the construction of Groundwork and Civil packages. They currently turnover in the region of £50 million per annum with structured plans for targeted growth.
About the Role
The Construction Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of RC Frame construction projects. This includes developing and managing budgets, schedules, and resources; ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations; and resolving any construction-related issues.
About the requirements
* 5+ years of experience in a construction manager / foremans position
* Highway background is essential
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
