Our client is looking for a highly organised Smart Interventions Scheduler to join their Operations team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating field resources, managing schedules, and ensuring all activities are delivered in line with industry Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The environment is fast paced and dynamic, so strong communication skills, accuracy, and exceptional attention to detail are essential. This a 1 year temporary position which has the potential to be extended.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Operations
1. Safely schedule direct staff and contractors across the region.
2. Maximise utilisation of resources and maintain accurate scheduling systems.
3. Operate work management tools such as MRS, GPS, SAP, and other PC systems.
4. Raise and process purchase orders and generate management reports.
5. Provide regular updates to Field Engineers and Supervisors.
6. Record and manage annual leave and staff absences.
7. Update systems with timely information from field teams.
Customer & Stakeholder Communication
8. Handle internal and external customer queries.
9. Liaise with customers to arrange appointments and provide job updates.
10. Ensure Electricity Guaranteed Standards are met and accurately recorded.
11. Support investigations into customer complaints.
12. Communicate with contractors and local authorities regarding NRSWA and Section 74 compliance.
13. Raise or request Street Works Notices and Permits.
Teamwork & Compliance
14. Work collaboratively with Delivery & Business Services Administrators, Field Supervisors, and Engineers.
15. Ensure compliance with all procedures and safety requirements.
16. Participate in Individual Performance Reviews and monthly team briefings.
17. Support storm response and emergency operations when required.
