You will work with a variety of datasets, ensuring information is accurate, well-structured, and easy to interpret. Role & Responsibilities Work with large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights, delivering clear reports and visualisations to inform business decisions. Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and reliable by validating, cleansing, and maintaining key sources. Collaborate with colleagues across the business to understand their data needs and translate them into meaningful outputs. Support compliance with data governance policies and maintain high standards for handling sensitive information. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance reporting capabilities. Provide timely analytical support to internal stakeholders, helping the business make informed decisions. Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to keep pace with evolving business and technical requirements. Skills & Experience Previous Data Analytics experience in a commercial environment, or coming from a relevant numerical degree (e.g. Data Analytics, Maths etc) Strong Excel skills are essential - working with pivot tables, look ups, formulars, Power Query and unstructured tables. Experience with SQL is essential - basic skills with a willingness to learn are welcome! Experience managing dashboards and reconciling data against finance systems. Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Clear and effective communication skills, able to explain insights to non-technical audiences. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
