Job Description
We are looking for a Store Manager to be based in our client's store in Ballymena.
They are a global company with a presence in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland for over 40 years.
Priding themselves on colleague engagement, they are looking for a key member who is customer focused with a great understanding of IT systems; however, support will be there every step of the way.
The rate of pay is £27,000 per annum, plus an amazing bonus of up to 42%!
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:
- 7:30am to 5pm
Your Time at Work
As a Store Manager your duties include:
* Overseeing day to day running of the store
* Serving customers with a smile!
* Undertaking the required training to ensure you can confidently select the correct products
* Following stock management procedures

* Previous management experience or supervisory experience
* Experience in a customer-facing environment
* Great communication skills
* Good understanding of IT systems
