Marketing Director
We are delighted to be working alongside our friendly, successful and highly reputable client to recruit a Marketing Director for their modern premises in Uckfield, East Sussex. This role reports straight to the MD and offers an excellent and rare opportunity to join a very established and reputable business.
The position is full‑time permanent, office based for the first couple of months before moving to a hybrid model of three days in office and two days working from home. The job is based in Uckfield with free parking on site. Salary is £80,000 per year plus very good company benefits – employee ownership profit share, free electric car charging, 25 days holiday (plus all UK bank holidays), private health scheme (including dental), volunteering days in the local community and ongoing product and vocational training tailored to individual requirements.
Responsibilities
* Brand Communications – oversee and craft the voice of three different interior brands.
* Copywriting – create engaging copy for the website, advertorials, campaigns, and social posts.
* Design Oversight – brief visual assets for web, print, and advertorials.
* Campaign Management – ensure advertorials reach the right audience with maximum impact.
* Social Media – drive organic engagement with content aligned to company profiles.
* Collaboration – work closely with managers on PPC, analytics, and testing.
* Innovation – keep pace with digital trends and the use of AI tools in ad platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
* A strong communicator with a flair for words and visuals.
* Experienced in digital marketing and brand management.
* Comfortable balancing creative work with commercial impact.
* Skilled in working across multiple channels (web, print, social, PPC).
* Collaborative, detail‑driven, and passionate about consistent branding.
* Familiar with using analytics and insights to improve performance.
