As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for facility management and maintenance operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our facilities. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be crucial in identifying and resolving technical issues. You will report directly to our Head of Site, and you'll work out of our Cambridge, UK location on a daily basis. In this role, you will impact the overall performance and functionality of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment for our employees. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facility systems and equipment Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance activities performed by external contractors Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Relevant qualifications from an accredited institution in technical disciplines like engineering, plumbing, F gas, or facilities management. Demonstrable experience of hands-on experience in facility management or maintenance, showcasing practical technical skills. Extensive knowledge and expertise in various facility systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Professional certification in facility management, alongside experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for efficient maintenance operations. Understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to facility management to ensure compliance and safety.
