Overview:
Our Projects Division, specialising in the supply of specialist electrical material to oil and gas projects located across the globe, is looking to employ a Documentation Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of numerous administrative and documentation responsibilities within the division. The role requires someone who is highly organised, approachable, and committed to working collaboratively as part of a team to support colleagues effectively.

R&M Electrical Group Ltd, Turnpike House, Tollgate, Chandler's Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TG.
Salary:
Depending on experience.
Hours:
8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday and 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Fridays, with a one-hour lunch break.

Main Duties:
To include, but not restricted to, the following duties:
Identifying documentation requirements.
Liaising and hastening suppliers for information.
Submitting documentation to the relevant clients within prescribed timescales.
Attending bid handover meetings and kick-off meetings with customers.
Liaising with client sections and manufacturers.
Providing general administrative support.
Ensuring documents are aligned with the individual Project and client requirements outlined on each specific order.
Comply with the Groups Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality management systems.
Key Skills:
Successful candidate will have:
Good written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy
IT literate, particularly in Microsoft office programmes and Adobe
Ability to work accurately under time constraints
Training:
Full "on the job" training will be provided.
