Primary Responsibilities To be responsible for the delivery of the business as usual activities Ensure that the Payroll Teams deliver to the UK Service Standards, KPI’s and metrics To contribute and support the delivery of UK Operations plans To manage and support the development of the payroll teams To support and promote the wellbeing of the Payroll Operations Teams To contribute and support the overall engagement of the department Work closely with other departments to help support the success of customer lifetime loyalty Report payroll delivery and performance to Payroll Operations Director To be accountable for ongoing management of customer feedback and ENPS for customers To be the escalation point for internal and external operational matters To support the recruitment and on boarding for the department Facilitate team meetings Responsible for ensuring processes work effectively Responsible for customer overall satisfaction of the Payroll Operation Service To build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders Accountable for the overall management of Payroll Operation Customers To self-evaluate and recognize areas of personal development Preferred Experience and/or Qualification 5 years’ payroll experience, including experience in management within high-volume environments. Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field; CIPP (UK) or equivalent preferred. Ability to drive and enthusiasm, demonstrating the ability to adapt to a fast paced, high volume and rapidly evolving environment Customer service skills Excellent management skills, planning, team building, personal development plans, performance management Desire to empower the team and quip them with the necessary technical and inter- personal skills Leadership skills Decision making Excellent written/ verbal communication skills Benefits Holidays.
