Harrow Gate Primary Academy is excited to invite applications for the role of Year 1 Classroom Teacher, starting in January 2026. We are looking for a confident, committed, and skilled educator to become part of our knowledgeable and passionate team.

2. Bring experience in Key Stage 1, with a deep understanding of early years learning and development.
3. Demonstrate a proactive approach to professional growth, taking ownership of their continuous development.
4. Thrive in a collaborative, supportive team environment, contributing positively to a large and dynamic staff team.

6. Be ready to embrace challenge and adapt within a fast-paced, evolving educational landscape.
7. Show awareness and sensitivity to the social, emotional, and mental health needs of all children.
8. Have experience or a strong understanding of the diverse range of special educational needs that may be present in a primary classroom.
