VP Recycling Ltd. is a UK-based market leader in disposable vape recycling. We’re looking for a proven B2B sales leader from the waste management or e-waste industry, ideally someone who understands the vape market and hazardous waste flows. You’ll drive our sales strategy, close key accounts, and help build the team from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
• Sell our vape waste collection & recycling solution to B2B clients, including retailers, logistics providers, and recycling companies.
• Build out the sales process and scale corporate partnerships from the ground up.
• Lead major deals (£50K+), RFPs, and contract negotiations.
• Manage client relationships from first call to logistics handoff.
• Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and the CEO to ensure seamless execution.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience: At least 3 years in B2B sales within recycling, WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), e-waste, or vape waste sectors.
o Deep understanding of compliance and the realities of hazardous/electronic waste in the UK.
o Familiarity with the disposable vape market and hazardous waste flows.
o Knowledge of UK waste management regulations and industry trends.
o Comfortable selling into both retail networks and enterprise clients.
o Self-starter mindset ready to build systems and grow fast.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
o CIWM (WAMITAB) Level 4 Certificate in Waste and Resource Management or Hazardous Waste Operations.
o IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
