Early Years Manager – Best Start Family Hub
If you are an experienced, enthusiastic Early Years Manager who is committed to supporting families to achieve their best outcomes, we would love you to apply for this new role.
Following the Government’s announcement of their new Best Start Family Hub agenda, we are looking to recruit an experienced manager to lead this programme.
Working with operational managers you will be responsible for our outstanding Ready for School provision and Early Years offer – taking a strategic lead to develop these further in line with the new reforms, working alongside our partners and the community.
The successful candidate will need to be qualified in Early Years, have experience and understanding of the Ofsted framework, as well as a background in community development to be able to take this role forward.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Ready for School provision and Early Years offer.
* Develop the provision in line with the new reforms.
* Collaborate with partners and the community.
* Work alongside operational managers.
Qualifications
* Qualified in Early Years.
* Experience and understanding of the Ofsted framework.
* Background in community development.
