We are working with an International high-end food manufacturer and distributor, known in their sector for being industry leaders who provide the best products on the market. They are searching for a Supply Chain Customer Service Administrator to join their Supply Chain Team at their state-of-the-art distribution facility in Suffolk. This is a Maternity Cover position, reporting to the Customer Supply Chain Lead, and offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in delivering outstanding customer service across the supply chain function. Responsibilities * Administer the complete order cycle from receipt to warehouse * Provide support and communication between the customer (Supply Chain Analysts) and LDH’s operational departments (Demand Planning, Commercial, Customer Service, and Transport) * Liaise closely with internal teams (Supply Chain, Commercial, Warehousing) and the 3rd Party Haulier * Use knowledge of the Supply Chain to make decisions when customer demands cannot be met and communicate resolutions for out-of-stocks * Manage incident reports from 3rd party hauliers, identifying root causes and agreeing corrective actions * Report daily on vehicle deliveries to customer depots, including shortages and order counts Experience Required * Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work * Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships * A collaborative mindset and focus on continuous improvement * Effective communication skills at all levels * Self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Ability to multitask and prioritise workload efficiently * Previous experience in a similar role or relevant academic background advantageous, though full training will be provided Benefits * Discretionary annual bonus * Pension scheme * 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) * Fantastic fully expensed social events including overnight stays and Newmarket racing nights Ref Code: CV(phone number removed) To apply or for more information, please e-mail in strict confidence, with an updated CV, including salary details, quoting the above reference and for the attention of Jon Hemming-Nash Due to a high volume of responses, we cannot reply to each application individually.
