Position: Team Leader in Food Production
Rate of pay: £13.50 per hour

The Job:
Leading and controlling the team of up to 3 employees. Reporting to Senior Management, you will be responsible for the driving of performance and quality standards whilst complying with third-party auditing bodies and customer requirements.
Key duties include and ae not limited to:
- Work with the Factory Manager to implement daily and weekly production.
- Oversee production schedules set out by factory manager and production supervisor.
- Run production lines as required.
- Injecting and curing of the product
- Packing, weighing and labelling the product
- Stock control of raw material and finished product
- Monitoring goods coming in

Experience:
- Food Industry experience preferred but not essential full training will be provided
- Can evidence team leading experience - essential
