Manufacturing Operatives
Meridian Business Support is partnering with a local Oil and Gas Company based in Grimsby. Recognized as a world-leading hose manufacturing business supplying major oil and marine companies worldwide, they are expanding their team due to increased orders.
The ideal candidate will work within a busy hose shop, supporting technicians and hose builders. Candidates with a mechanical bias, practical machine operator experience, or backgrounds in construction or skilled manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
Full training will be provided, and pay rates will increase as you develop your skills and experience.

You will work a 2 Days/2 Nights continental rotating shift pattern, 12-hour shifts, totaling 48 hours per week, with potential overtime.
Having a Counter Balance FLT Licence is advantageous but not essential. Experience operating cranes will also be considered.
Pay Rates
* Starting Grade: £12.21 per hour plus £3.74 per hour shift allowance.
* Grade increase after 12 weeks.
