What will I be doing?
* Plan, create, and execute the campaign delivery plan – from teaser stage to winner activation and everything in between.
* Lead weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to keep everyone working towards the same goals.
* Oversee the competition setup, judging process, and all stakeholder communication, ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
* Collaborate with creative teams to design eye-catching assets and briefs for the campaign.
* Work with CRM and social teams to launch and optimise entry funnels, ensuring a seamless acquisition process.
* Champion the Joyseeker winner's journey – you'll oversee content ideas, video plans, and travel schedules over their 12-month adventure.
* Team up with PR and SEO pros to maximise media coverage, refine engaging story angles, and supercharge brand visibility.
* Track and report on campaign performance – analysing KPIs like entries, engagement, traffic, media pickup, and ROI, while spotting opportunities to enhance impact.

Ideally, we're looking for:
* Proven experience delivering multi-channel brand or content campaigns, from concept to execution.
* Strong project management skills and a flair for stakeholder coordination.
* Knowledge of content marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and PR best practices.
* Excellent copywriting abilities and the knack for creating insightful creative briefs.
