An integral part of a highly successful UK listed Group of Companies, our Client is a leading designer & manufacturer of electromechanical & electro-optical materials testing products and accessories supplied to a global customer base (OEMs, Industrial End Users, Research Institutions, Academia etc.). Highly profitable with an excellent growth record, the Company has invested heavily in R&D and is now about to enter its next exciting phase of growth, including an imminent move into new, purpose-built. facilities.
It is in this thriving context that the Company is seeking to further strengthen its Senior Leadership Team through the appointment of a high calibre R&D Manager. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will assume full responsibility for delivering the current R&D/NPD strategy and establishing and implementing a new Technology & NPD roadmap.
