This is an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a prestigious company based in the City of London. The company embraces diversity of thought and contribution, and is committed to providing an equitable work environment, which is fundamental to their core values and crucial to their continued success.\n Duties:\n\nUndertaking multi-disciplinary PPM and reactive maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specifications.\nLeading the team to deliver excellent service, monitoring performance, taking corrective action where necessary across the client’s premises, and escalating issues to the Contracts Manager.\nManaging service provision through clearly defined contract metrics (KPIs/SLA) in line with agreed contractual responsibilities.\nProviding first-line management and leadership to the contract-dedicated team, setting team objectives and conducting individual performance reviews.\nCarrying out risk assessments and safety audits in line with relevant safety legislation and the company’s health and safety systems and procedures.\nDeveloping relationships with customers to identify additional work opportunities, escalating to the Contracts Manager as appropriate.\nSupervising subcontractor works, ensuring compliance with procurement processes.\nMonitoring the completion of PPM and reactive work through CAFM, analysing Work in Progress (WIP) reports, and liaising with the Service Centre.\nDelivering contract financial planning, including gross profit, WIP, and debt collection.\nDeveloping the base contract and overseeing additional services or project work.\nEnsuring compliance with statutory controls across all technical areas, conducting internal audits, and participating in external audits to promote continuous improvement.\nEnsuring the completion of toolbox talks with all engineers in the team, as prescribed by the SHEQ department.\nPreparing quotations for subcontractor works and any small projects required on site.Requirements:\n\nQualified electrician with City & Guilds Part 1 & 2 + AM2 (or equivalent qualifications).\nExperience working at a senior level, ideally as a Multi-Skilled Technician, with expertise in commercial systems and conducting PPMs in line with SFG20 or similar.\nStrong fault-finding diagnostic experience.\nCapable of supervising reactive repairs and small projects.\nExperienced in maintaining statutory and mandatory compliance records, including uploading them to service systems.\nKnowledge of Safe Systems of Work Procedures – PTW, RAMS, etc.Package:\n\nCompetitive salary, with overtime available.\n25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.\n1 well-being day and 2 volunteering days per year.\nPension.\nPrivate health insurance.\nOpportunities for further training.\nAdditional benefits.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company that values its employees and provides ongoing training and support.
